🔸材料🔸(1人份)
1. 讚岐烏冬 1份(200g)
2. 牛頸脊 80克
3. 蕃茄 3個
4. 蒜 1瓣
5. 蔥 1扎
6. 雞湯 220毫升
7. 雞蛋 1隻
🔸調味料🔸
1. 生抽 半湯匙
2. 蠔油 1茶匙
3. 鹽 0.25茶匙
4. 糖 1-2茶匙
5. 白胡椒 1茶匙
🔸伴碟🔸
1. 蔥花
2. 芝麻
🔸做法🔸
1. 牛肉簡單沖水並用廚紙抹乾,用白胡椒簡單醃5-10分鐘。
2. 蕃茄頂部及底部𠝹十字,滾水煮3-5分鐘,取出待涼後撕皮及切粒。
3. 烏冬簡單煮開。
4. 牛肉簡單汆血水。
5. 蒜瓣和蔥切碎,下油開鍋爆香。
6. 加入蕃茄粒中火炒香及煮爛,加蓋中小火焗3-5分鐘,再加入雞湯煲滾。
7. 煎隻太陽蛋🌞~
8. 最後加牛肉、烏冬及太陽蛋,撒上蔥花和芝麻即可✨

1. 喜歡濃湯掛麵可以加少點雞湯~
2. 蕃茄可以放入冰水,更容易撕皮~

1. Udon 1 serving (200g)
2. Beef 80g
3. Tomatoes 3pcs
4. Garlic 1 clove
5. Scallions Any
6. Chicken broth 220ml
7. Egg 1 pc
🔹𝑺𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔🔹
1. Soy sauce 0.5 tbsp
2. Oyster sauce 1 tsp
3. Salt 0.25 tsp
4. Sugar 1-2 tsp
5. White pepper 1 tsp
🔹𝑻𝒐𝒑𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔🔹
1. Scallions
2. White sesame
🔹𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒑𝒔🔹
1. Rinse the beef with water and pat with kitchen towel, marinate with white pepper for 5-10 minutes.
2. Cut the top and bottom of the tomatoes and put into boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Cool down the tomatoes (optional in ice water) and then peel and dice the tomatoes.
3. Blanch the udon and beef quickly.
4. Chop the garlic cloves and scallions and then sauté until fragrance comes out.
5. Add tomatoes and stir fry over medium heat till soft, place the lid and stew over low heat for 3-5 minutes. Add chicken broth to cook tomato soup.
6. Prepare a sunny side up egg 🌞
7. Finally, add beef, udon and the egg and garnish with scallions and sesame! ✨
