檸檬汁我用左樽裝版~又幾方便小家庭~唔駛次次買檸檬又用唔晒🥹有時我會加蜜糖沖檸蜜來飲添!好方便✨
🔸材料🔸(1人份)
1. 素麵 80克
2. 雞扒連皮 1塊(100克)
3. 蒜 1瓣
4. 辣椒 1條
5. 蔥 適量
6. 芫荽 適量
7. 芝麻 適量
8. 姜 如有
🔸調味料🔸
1. 蠔油 0.5茶匙
2. 生抽 1茶匙
3. 老抽 0.5茶匙
4. 魚露 0.5茶匙
5. 糖 1茶匙
6. 檸檬汁 2茶匙
7. 熱油 1茶匙
🔸做法🔸
1. 水滾加姜蔥煮雞扒,雞扒全熟後待涼並撕成雞絲。
2. 將麵煮熟,過冷河待用。
3. 將所有配料切成理想大小,並用熱油爆香蒜、蔥、芫荽、辣椒和芝麻。
4. 將麵與手撕雞及所有調味料和配料拌勻即可✨
🔸小𝑻𝑰𝑷𝑺🔸
1. 可以先將蒜和熱油一起先爆香,減低生蒜味~
2. 如果素麵本身有鹽,記得自行調整調味料份量🫶🏻
🔹𝑰𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔🔹(1 Serving)
1. Plain Noodles 80g
2. Chicken Thigh with Skin 1pc(~100g)
3. Garlic 1 clove
4. Chilli 1 pc
5. Green Onions Any
6. Coriander Any
7. Sesame Any
8. Ginger Any
🔹𝑺𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔🔹
1. Oyster Sauce 0.5 tsp
2. Soy Sauce 1 tsp
3. Dark Soy Sauce 0.5 tsp
4. Fish Sauce 0.5 tsp
5. Sugar 1 tsp
6. Lemon Juice 2 tsp
7. Hot Oil 1 tsp
🔹𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒑𝒔🔹
1. Cook the chicken thigh with ginger and green onions in boiling water ginger. Shred the cooked chicken after cooling down.
2. Cook the noodles and rinse in cold water.
4. Cut the ingredients into small pieces and spread hot oil on it.
5. Mix the shredded chicken, noodles and other ingredients and seasonings together! Then it is ready to serve✨

1. You may cook the garlic first to reduce the strong favour.
2. Reduce the seasonings if the plain noodles are seasoned with salt already.
