今次我設計呢個食譜對地獄廚神/ 懶人都完全冇難度🥹因為一個調味料+焗爐就煮到!呢排我都係夜晚做完運動食~就算遲收工,材料都好易係超市買齊!除左好鮮.好嫩.好味!仲好飽肚同營養豐富✨減肥既朋友都知三文魚低脂+好高蛋白質!記得Comment Like Share🤭😘✨
Sharing of a healthy & delicious Salmon recipe! Fusion inspiration from myself! 100% easy for lazy people/ after gym/ off work late! 😂 Only 1 sauce + oven makes it perfect!
🔸材料🔸(1人份)
1. 三文魚 184克
2. 南薑 3片
3. 乾蔥 1粒
4. 香茅 1枝
5. 秀珍菇 1份(約100克)
6. 車厘茄 6粒(約83克)
7. 辣椒 1條
🔸調味料🔸
1. 冬陰功醬 1湯匙
2. 青檸汁(如有) 幾滴
3. 魚露(如有)1茶匙
🔸做法🔸
1. 焗爐180度預熱。
2. 三文魚洗淨,用廚房紙印乾水份待用。
3. 香茅拍扁,並將其他蔬菜類材料洗淨及切好。
4. 準備一張長的牛油紙,鋪在焗盆上。
5. 將南薑、乾蔥、秀珍菇、車厘茄、三文魚順次序鋪在牛油紙上。
6. 將冬陰功醬塗抹在三文魚上,再撒一點辣椒及放上香茅。
7. 最後用牛油紙把三文魚包好,放入焗爐180度焗20分鐘。
🔸小𝑻𝑰𝑷𝑺🔸
1. 牛油紙一定要夠長,把三文魚包緊避免水份蒸發。
2. 如果冬蔭公醬偏咸/ 淡,記得自行加減份量~
🔹𝑰𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔🔹(1 Serving)
1. Salmon 184g
2. Galangal 3 pcs
3. Shallot 1 pc
4. Lemongrass 1 pc
5. Oyster mushrooms 100g
6. Cherry tomatoes 6 pcs (~83g)
7. Chili 1pc
🔹𝑺𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔🔹
1. Tom yum paste 1 tbsp
2. Lime juice (optional) 5-6 drops
3. Fish sauce (optional) 1 tsp
🔹𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒑𝒔🔹
1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
2. Clean the salmon and pat dry with kitchen paper, then set aside.
3. Smash the lemongrass, wash and chop other vegetables.
4. Prepare a long piece of baking paper and put it on the baking tray.
5. Put galangal, shallots, oyster mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and salmon on the baking paper in order.
6. Spread the tom yum paste on the salmon, sprinkle some chili and lemongrass on top.
7. Finally, wrap the salmon in baking paper completely and bake in the pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
🔹𝑻𝒊𝒑𝒔🔹
1. The baking paper must be long enough to wrap the salmon tightly to avoid water evaporation!
2. Adjust your tom gum paste portion depending on the favour of your chosen brand.
