呢個係我其中一個comfort food🫰🏻❤️特別食滯左既時候當正餐食會好舒服~平時Cafe賣得好貴🥹加少少沙律菜擺係靚碟上就HKD$100+~但其實自己整好簡單😆係超市買齊除番開一人份量成本大約~HKD$40🫶🏻✨即刻抵晒
One of my favourite comfort food🫰🏻❤️ Easy to prepare, healthy and heavenly delicious!!
🔸材料🔸(1人份)
1. 酸種麵包 1片
2. 煙三文魚 半包(約50克)
3. 牛油果 半個(約60克)
4. 雞蛋 1隻(約60克)
🔸調味料🔸
1. 黑胡椒 適量
🔸做法🔸
1. 麵包放入焗爐,無需預熱,用180-200度將麵包烘10分鐘至脆身。
2. 牛油果切半,用刀取出核,再把果肉切粒。(用刀取核時要小心手🫶🏻✨)
3. 把雞蛋打在小碗裡,保持完整。
4. 將水煮滾轉小火,用工具做出漩渦,加入蛋煮1-2分鐘。
5. 麵包放底,再鋪上牛油果、煙三文魚和水波蛋,最後撒上黑胡椒點綴。
🔸小𝑻𝑰𝑷𝑺🔸
1. 如果想味道豐富點,可以將牛油果加鹽和橄欖油拌勻,但要小心煙三文魚本身有鹹味會太鹹~
2. 可以上網參考不同水波蛋的影片,多練習一定會成功哦~
3. 用刀取出牛油果核時記得記得要小心牛油果手呀!🙅🏻♀️
🔹𝑰𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔🔹(1 Serving)
1. Sourdough 1 slice
2. Smoked Salmon 1/2 pack (~50g)
3. Avocado 1/2 pc (~60g)
4. Egg 1 pc (~60g)
🔹𝑺𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔🔹
1. Black pepper
🔹𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒑𝒔🔹
1. Bake the sourdough directly in oven for 10 minutes at 180-200 degree until the bread becomes crispy.
2. Cut the avocado in half and score the avocado into cubes. Be careful of the avocado hand.
3. Crack an egg into a small bowl.
4. Boil the water and turn to low heat. Make the water swirling with a tool. Pour the egg into the swirling vortex of water for 1-2 minutes.
5. Put the avocado, smoked salmon and poached egg on the toast and here you go our delicious toast! 😋
🔹𝑻𝒊𝒑𝒔🔹
1. You may enrich the avocado favour by adding olive oil and salt. But don’t forget smoked salmon is salty in taste already.
2. Practice makes perfect poached eggs! Check out many online tutorials for reference.
