I am very honored to participate in the book writing and created 12 creative recipes for siumai.

The packaging is very nice with hard cover and the content is interesting and exquisitely beautiful with the lively drawings.

話說因為要精心製作12份食譜，曾經我連續好多個星期六日都唔休息，係度整燒賣、擺盤、影相、執相、寫食譜；當然整完仲有不停食燒賣🤣後期仲有無限次檢查檢查再檢查🔍！確保食譜份量、文字都冇錯🥺而家見到印出黎每一頁每張相每個插畫既效果都咁靚🥰滿足感真係好大呀！多謝點子出版和香港燒賣關注組～✨
To prepare the 12 recipes for Siumaipedia, I had been working over weekends for a few months because I have my own full time job. There were times of endless cooking, tasting, plating, phototaking, photos retouching, recipes writing and of course, reviewing for every Saturday and Sunday! But I feel highly satisfied for the book and did enjoy the journey. Thank you so much to Idea Publication and Hong Kong Siumai Concern Group. And yeah! Book writing is being crossed off on my bucket list! 🤩
