本身想煮Tuscan Salmon!但👦🏻唔想食白汁🤣唯有睇下屋企有咩改一改🥰好開胃又幾好味!食完好舒服~
An easy and healthy recipe inspired by Tuscan Salmon 🥰✨
🔸材料🔸(4人份)
1. 三文魚柳 2條(約374克)
2. 意粉 300克
3. 菠菜 130克
4. 蕃茄 4-5粒(中粒約150克)
5. 蒜粒 2-3瓣
6. 茄膏 2-3湯匙
7. 雞湯 250毫升
🔸調味料🔸
1. 鹽 1茶匙
2. 糖 1-2茶匙
3. 黑胡椒 適量
🔸做法🔸
1. 用廚紙印乾三文魚水份,切成粒狀並用黑胡椒和鹽醃5-10分鐘。
2. 將蔬菜洗淨,並切至理想大小。
3. 下油開鍋,將三文魚粒煎至表面金黃色,將三文魚粒盛起待用。
4. 留少許魚油,煎香蒜粒和茄膏。
5. 加入雞湯,將菠菜和蕃茄煮至半軟身,再加入意粉拌勻。
6. 最後放上三文魚回鍋拌勻即可~
🔸小𝑻𝑰𝑷𝑺🔸
1. 茄膏可以邊加邊試味,調好最理想的酸度!🥰
🔹𝑰𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔🔹(Serving)
1. Salmon Fillets 2 pcs (~370g)
2. Spaghetti 300g
3. Spinach 130g
4. Tomatoes 150g (medium size)
5. Garlic 2-3 cloves
6. Tomato paste 2-3 tbsp
7. Chicken broth 250ml
🔹𝑺𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔🔹
1. Salt 1 tsp
2. Sugar 1-2 tsp
3. Black pepper any
🔹𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒑𝒔🔹
1. Pat the salmon dry with kitchen paper, cut into cubes, and marinate with black pepper and salt for 5-10 minutes.
2. Wash the vegetables and cut into favourite size.
3. Heat the pan and pan sear the salmon cubes until the surface is golden brown, then set aside for cooking later.
4. Leave some fish oil, sauté garlic and tomato paste until favour comes out.
5. Add chicken broth, cook spinach and tomato, then add pasta and mix well.
6. Finally put the salmon back into the pot and mix well~
