今日清雪櫃用急凍蝦炒~急凍蝦一定冇蜆同鮮蝦咁鮮甜🥹但100%方便懶人🤣
Adapted from my previous popular & viral reels recipe (in My Top 10 Reels Recipes Guide) of the Butter Garlic Clams Pasta, replaced the fresh clams with my frozen shrimps. This recipe is very convenient and easy to be done!
🔸材料🔸(1人份)
1. 意粉 80克
2. 蝦肉 100克
3. 辣椒 半條
4. 蒜 3瓣
🔸調味料🔸
1. 牛油 6克
2. 魚露 2茶匙
3. 鹽 1茶匙
4. 糖 1茶匙
5. 辣椒粉 適量
6. 黑胡椒 適量
🔸做法🔸
1. 蒜瓣切碎,蝦洗淨瀝乾待用。
2. 水滾加鹽煮意粉,意粉煮至包裝時間減2分鐘。
3. 牛油開鍋,先煎香蒜粒/蒜片及辣椒。
4. 煎香後加入牛油及蝦,再加入意粉及所有調味料調味料。
5. 意粉炒至乾身後,即可上碟了。
🔸小𝑻𝑰𝑷𝑺🔸
1. 用蒜蓉粒會比蒜片更香口~但蒜片靚少少🤪
2. 用新鮮蜆會更加好味好味好味!!!係好味到爆炸咁!!!🤣
🔹𝑰𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔🔹(1 Serving)
1. Pasta 80g
2. Shrimps 100g
3. Chilli 0.5 pcs
4. Garlic 3 cloves
🔹𝑺𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔🔹
1. Butter 6g
2. Fish sauce 2tsp
3. Salt 1tsp
4. Sugar 1tsp
5. Chilli powder any
6. Black pepper any
🔹𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒑𝒔🔹
1. Cut/ Mince the garlic cloves, wash and drain the shrimps and set aside.
2. Bring the water to a boil and add salt to cook the spaghetti. Cook the spaghetti until the packaging time reduced by 2 minutes for al dente texture.
3. Add little oil into the pan and fry the garlic and chilli until favour comes out.
4. Add butter and shrimp, then add spaghetti and all seasonings.
5. Fry the al dente pasta until dry, then serve it on a plate.

1. Using minced garlic will be more delicious than sliced garlic~
2. It will taste better with fresh clams!! It tastes SUPER GOOD and no kidding. 🤤
